"I have been a customer of Steve Little for probably 15+ years and am so happy with him as my Insurance agent but also the people in his office. Allow me to be more specific. Typically I only call and speak to Steve and I admit he spoils me. He knows exactly what I want and need and I don't have or need any small talk. He is a busy man as am I (woman). I never ever call to chat. But today Steve was not in the office and I had a question and not a lot of time. So this girl that took my call was so nice, not pushy at all, which I hate, and asked if she could answer my question. I reluctantly said ok and she was fabulous. Her name was Trinity, it turns out it was only her second day there, which I would have never known, and she was smart as a whip, answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable right away, so I ended up talking to her for a few minutes to thank her. She was professional, well informed, courteous of my time, and I was extremely happy and grateful. I have a feeling she might own her own company one day. This gal has what it takes. I never ever leave reviews. I don't even leave them for Steve and I love him. But Trinity really impressed me and for someone who was only on her second day with the company, and only 25 yrs..old, this girl is going places. You have my vote Trinity!."
