"Steve and his team have handled my insurance needs for over ten years. Throughout that time they've provided amazing customer service both in terms of speed and reliability. The pinnacle of which was when I needed an engagement ring insured before leaving on the vacation I planned to propose on. I had just gotten the ring from the jeweler and our flight left that afternoon, but to insure it, Steve needed to see it in person and take a photograph. Steve's associate Paulo left then and there and met me in the middle of a parking lot by our apartment while I told my girlfriend "I just need to run out and grab some travel soap".
