"I just had a bizarre call from Nick Kapadian who sounded like a scammer. He knew my name, my address my telephone number and told me that someone by my exact name and phone requested a quote for a Mitsubishi 2020 Outlander. I never requested any quote and do not own a Mitsubishi. This could be identity theft and I am writing this because another guy answered the phone by the name of Nathan Roberts. I asked to speak to the owner and Nathan hung up on me. This is concerning and unprofessional. I need a call from Steve Little please. I need to get to the bottom of why my identity is being used to get a quote for a vehicle that I don’t own. BEWARE OF FRAUD - they are not answering my questions.
UPDATE: never received a call back from them although I left a message for Mr. Steve Little! They could care less about my concern."

"Harrison Little went above and beyond the call of duty. He stayed in the office until 8pm on a Friday night to ensure that I was covered. Every other insurance agent I have used in the past worked banker’s hours. When it comes to insurance agents, best to be with the one who are there to make sure you are taken care of.
